We are a visual arts studio gallery based in the residential area of the upper Bronx off Van Courtlandt Park South. Our ground level space is accessible by private entry and includes natural and interior lighting. Perfect for art showcases, poetry sessions and live performances. Color changing LED mood lighting is also available. Art space is furnished with existing original art. However, art can be removed to accommodate individual or group art exhibitions. This space is complete with private bathroom and equipped with digital CCTV security. Perfect for small to medium size events, parties, meetings and classroom spaces for groups of 30 people with tables and chairs.  How ever New Restrictions allow for (15) people per event. At maximum 80 people standing events such as exhibitions. New restrictions allow for (25) standing. Our multipurpose space can be rearranged in a number of configurations to best fit your event.

Alcohol can be served on premises however the party consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age. It is the guest's responsibility to insure that if alcohol is served, that the party is of legal age to consume. The guest assumes full responsibility and liabilities.

Guest must maintain original conditions of rental space and equipment (e.g. chairs, tables, etc.)
